Ne sono la prova&nbsp;<strong>Fabio<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>Andrei&nbsp;<\/strong>, due nostri brillanti ex-alunni che il 1\u00b0 febbraio hanno intrapreso una sfida professionale di altissimo livello: il primo&nbsp;<strong>Erasmus PRO<\/strong>&nbsp;della nostra storia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Che cos\u2019\u00e8 l\u2019Erasmus PRO?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A differenza dei tirocini brevi, l\u2019Erasmus PRO \u00e8 una misura di mobilit\u00e0 di lunga durata (3 mesi) pensata per chi ha gi\u00e0 concluso il percorso di studi. L\u2019obiettivo \u00e8 trasformare le competenze acquisite a scuola in&nbsp;<strong>esperienze lavorative reali in contesti internazionali di eccellenza<\/strong>. Fabio e Andrei non sono pi\u00f9 \u201cstudenti in visita\u201d, ma professionisti che operano all\u2019interno di brigate di cucina prestigiose, misurandosi con standard di qualit\u00e0 globali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il Progetto: TransFormAction 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa iniziativa si colloca all\u2019interno di&nbsp;<strong>TransFormAction 2<\/strong>, un progetto di mobilit\u00e0 transnazionale che mira a potenziare l\u2019occupabilit\u00e0 dei giovani e a internazionalizzare il curriculum dei nostri diplomati. Grazie alla collaborazione con lo staff di&nbsp;<strong>Esmovia<\/strong>&nbsp;a Valencia \u2014 partner storico esperto nella gestione di programmi europei \u2014 i nostri ragazzi hanno ricevuto un\u2019accoglienza strutturata, supporto logistico e un inserimento mirato nel tessuto produttivo spagnolo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I Templi del Gusto: Valencia come palcoscenico<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Valencia \u00e8 oggi una delle capitali gastronomiche pi\u00f9 vivaci d\u2019Europa. Fabio e Andrei lavoreranno per tre mesi in due ristoranti che rappresentano l\u2019avanguardia della cucina mediterranea:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Fabio Franchi presso \u201cLa Salita\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;Guidato dalla celebre Chef&nbsp;<strong>Bego\u00f1a Rodrigo<\/strong>&nbsp;(vincitrice della prima edizione di&nbsp;<em>Top Chef Spagna<\/em>&nbsp;e insignita della&nbsp;<strong>Stella Michelin<\/strong>), La Salita \u00e8 sinonimo di tecnica raffinata e valorizzazione dei prodotti locali attraverso una creativit\u00e0 audace. Fabio avr\u00e0 l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di imparare la gestione di una cucina stellata dove l\u2019estetica del piatto incontra una ricerca ossessiva sui sapori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Andrei Mursa presso \u201cLlisa Negra\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;Sotto l\u2019egida di&nbsp;<strong>Quique Dacosta<\/strong>, uno degli chef pi\u00f9 influenti al mondo (pluristellato Michelin), Llisa Negra si concentra sulla \u201ccucina di prodotto\u201d. Qui Andrei potr\u00e0 approfondire la maestria nella cottura alla brace e la selezione della materia prima purissima, lavorando in un ambiente dove la semplicit\u00e0 \u00e8 il risultato di una tecnica impeccabile e di una filosofia d\u2019eccellenza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perch\u00e9 questo traguardo \u00e8 importante per FOMAL<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La partenza di Fabio e Andrei segna un punto di svolta per la nostra scuola. Dimostra che il percorso formativo FOMAL offre le basi solide necessarie per accedere direttamente alle \u201calte sfere\u201d della ristorazione europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cVedere i nostri ragazzi pronti a confrontarsi con brigate di questo calibro \u00e8 la nostra pi\u00f9 grande soddisfazione.
